Weekend Update

Today in the studio, I'm working on a special gift for a couple who are near and dear to my heart.  Sometimes, when I'm working on something for someone else, I lose confidence in myself- This painting was started ages ago, and it was probably just fine a few days ago; now I've completely changed it, making me think I've ruined it.  But I know deep down that if I keep working at it, it'll come around. 

Are you a creative?  Do you have these paralyzing moments of self doubt when you're working on a special project?  How do you get past it?
