These mats are made by Duke right here at Norton's Cove Studio, using (mostly) repurposed ropes that we collect along the shores, keeping these ropes from ending up in a landfill or harming sea-life.
Our friends at the Indian Bay Ecosystem Corporation (IBEC), bring us more ropes from their beach clean-up efforts in the region, and we in turn donate half of the price of our thump mats to IBEC to keep funding their environmental work.
